                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
                  INTO A CONTRACT WITH PRIME RETAIL FOR THE
                  LEASE OF AND OPTION TO PURCHASE CERTAIN
                  PROPERTY IN THE 1200 BLOCK OF MARKET STREET,
                  RELATIVE TO WAREHOUSE ROW EXPANSION, PHASE

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to enter into a contract with Prime Retail for the lease of and
       option to purchase certain property in the 1200 block of Market
       Street, relative to Warehouse Row Expansion, Phase III.
